Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 Business Days
Remote Locations: 7–10 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or for orders above a specified value during promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

A tracking ID and courier details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment using the tracking information provided after dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable:

The shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect phone numbers.
Orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Operational or logistical issues beyond our control

In such situations, we request your patience and understanding.

8. Damaged Package Upon Delivery

If the outer packaging appears damaged when your order is delivered:

Record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video before opening the package.
Take clear photographs of the package and the product.
Report the issue to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

At present, Anubha Creations primarily ships within India.
