Anubha Creations – Return & Refund Policy

At Anubha Creations, every product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. We value your trust and strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made from Anubha Creations are final. We do not offer refunds except in the limited circumstances mentioned below.

2. Refund Eligibility (Damaged or Incorrect Product Only)

A refund will only be considered if:

  • You receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • A replacement of the same product (same design, size, and color) is unavailable.

To request a refund, you must provide:

  • A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video starting before opening the package.

  • Clear photographs showing the damaged or incorrect product.

  • Your Order ID or Invoice as proof of purchase.

The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order through:

If the claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchange Policy (Size Exchange Only)

We only offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Conditions

  • The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • A clear unedited unboxing video and product photographs are required.

  • The customer is responsible for both forward and return shipping charges for size exchanges.

  • Exchanges are available only for the same product in a different size.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, no refund or exchange for another product will be provided.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional offers.

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.

  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging.

  • Products with minor thread variations or handcrafted irregularities that are part of the manufacturing process.

5. Color & Product Variation

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, slight variations in color may occur due to:

  • Studio lighting

  • Photography

  • Mobile or monitor screen settings

  • Fabric dye variations

Such minor variations are considered normal and are not valid reasons for a return, refund, or exchange.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
